Juanita Grillmeier – Director
As Director of Positive Resourcing and Management Consulting Pty Ltd, Juanita has extensive surface and underground coal mining, coal processing, port, rail, quarries, transport and related industry experience within the areas of human resources, training, organisation development, maintenance and operations. Juanita is passionate about business improvement and looking for ways to improve productivity and realise efficiencies. Juanita also enjoys building supporting systems and resources (particularly within the Training and OD space!) that enable individuals, teams and organisations to develop and reach their full potential.
Juanita holds a Masters of Training and Development, a Graduate Certificate in Business, a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management and Management), a Diploma of Frontline Management and Certificate IVs in Project Management, Training and Assessment (TAE40110) and Electrotechnology (Systems Electrician) UTE41202. Juanita also maintains competencies in mining supervision, risk assessment and risk management, along with a number of operational RII competencies.
